We believe that schools and businesses are valuable allies in guiding young people into the world of work. Both play an important role in supporting and guiding them towards their professional future and personal growth.
For this reason, we have organized, in collaboration with Adecco, a series of events at the San Giovanni Bosco High School in Viadana with the aim of meet the young students of the area and accompany them on a path of orientation to work.
For the occasion, the third classes of the courses of mechatronics and electronics were involved and various topics were addressed, including soft skills, transversal skills that often make the difference in the workplace, the importance of motivation together with the requirements necessary to deal correctly with a job interview. Not only that, the students involved us in a debate on very hot topics: employement and employability, contracts and professional growth.
For the first time the participants, about 30 young people from 15 to 17 years old, had the opportunity to interface and interact with a structured and innovative company such as Sandra.

Our colleagues explained to the students our working reality and answered all the curiosities regarding the life in the company, the demands of the labour market and all the activities we put in place at the level of selection and recruitment of staff.

The speeches of our Production Managers of the San Polo and Mezzani production site and our Human Resources Manager particularly impressed and fascinated the entire audience.
